This is a scam wherein you would receive a text/SMS message or a call telling that you have won a promo or a contest, your Visa has expired, or that you have an urgent parcel. Be wary of these SMS messages and calls. Legitimate promos and contests from Establishments and Companies often have just 3 to 5 digit numbers as their Cellphone numbers. For text/SMS message or calls about your Visa or a parcel, check with the company or establishment’s accredited and official phone numbers to verify the call.
