UPS is not as Popular in the Philippines as DHL nor FedEx. UPS Philippines mostly Transacts on the Large Business Scale, and is almost only known to Large Corporations. UPS though, controls Delbros Delivery Services, which is the delivery service used by the American Embassy to deliver documents here in the Philippines.
